Colt Technology Services Group ltd. initiated a project to install 2.500 km of fibre optice ducts and cables in Germany.
Assistance was given in a Nacap lead team to convince COLT to drop the old fashioned cut throat pricing tender competition and enter into an ALLIANCE CONTRACT FORM (open book contract form with agreed overhead and profit %, as well as bonus/malus) with Nacap. This resulted in a highly succesful integrated design and build team and project.
