Wajo24 GmbH (Zürich region) is a contractor specialised in renovation of houses and apartments in the German speaking part of Switzerland. AXZES assisted Wajo24 in the capacity of business developer and organizational planner.
The task consisted of introducing changes, rules, efficiency, flow diagrams, processes (purchase, accounting, marketing, PR, client communication) as well as initiating contact to new large corporate clients such as DOGERN Gruppe, XXX Lutz, Grimm Küchen, Pfister.
A rewarding effort to see staff understanding the need for new structure and above all, starting to live and breathe these changes. In a 28 months period Wajo24 more than doubled the turnover. In 2024 the organisation stands out from the competition in its field of business.
